Full Home Inspection: Our rigorous Full Home Inspection of many items throughout your home, includes a roof inspection, siding inspection, plumbing system inspection, electrical inspection, attic inspection, foundation inspection, structure inspection, heating system inspection, air conditioning inspection, and many more.
Mold / Air Quality Testing: We test for mold by taking air samples, swab samples, carpet samples, and wall samples. Mold can be controlled by reducing the moisture level in the house. Potential health effects and symptoms associated with mold exposures include allergic reactions, asthma, lung irritation, breathing difficulty, and other respiratory complaints.
Radon Gas Inspection: The New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection recommends that all homes be tested for radon gas. Radon gas testing is an easy process that can determine whether high levels of radon gas are present in your home. Exposure to radon gas, can damage lung tissue and may lead to lung cancer.
Termite and Other Wood Destroying Insect Inspection: Many mortgage companies require a certification (NPMA Form-33) from a Commercial Certified Pest Control Applicator (License number #NJ29496B and Pa870672) prior to closing. We will inspect for damage and active infestation, as termites and other wood destroying insects can cause an excessive amount of damage to wood members and the structure of your home.
